Sandra Smith, CSW is the Executive Director at Schuyler Ridge. Ms. Smith is a graduate of the College of St. Rose and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from SUNY Albany. She also holds a New York State Certification in Social Work. She is a licensed New York State nursing home administrator. Ms. Smith has extensive experience in long-term care and has been working in the field since 1989. Ms. Smith has been with Schuyler Ridge since it's opening in 1994, serving as the Director of Social Work and Assistant Administrator. Ms. Smith has been in the capacity of Executive Director since 1999.

Christine Urbano, RN, MA is the Director of Nursing Services at Schuyler Ridge. Ms. Urbano possesses an extensive clinical background, including tenures at Albany Medical Center, St. Mary's Hospital and the Albany City School District. While with the Albany City School District, Ms. Urbano developed and wrote curriculum for students interested in health careers, including gerontological practices. She presented this unique program to the Board of Regents, the Commissioner of Education and appeared on several media programs to promote students becoming involved in health careers. Ms. Urbano has practiced in critical care, medicine, surgery, nursing recruitment and nursing education. She has served as a supervisor at both AMCH and St. Mary's and came to Schuyler Ridge in July 1998 as the Director of Nursing.

Patrick is responsible for the financial planning and reporting for nursing home operations, in addition to other Seton Health responsibilities. Patrick is a graduate of Bryant College, Smithfield, Rhode Island. His prior work experience includes public accounting, hospital, home care and other nursing home financial management.

Patrick is actively involved in health care industry professional associations including the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (NYAHSA) where he serves on the RHCF Financing Subcommittee. He is also the Chairman for the NYAHSA Upstate Financial Managers Group. Patrick is also an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) serving on their Long Term Care Committee.

Currently the Medical Director at Schuyler Ridge, Dr. Renu Gupta has been practicing in the Capital Region for 18 years. She is Board Certified in Family Practice and Geriatrics. Dr. Renu Gupta is an attending physician at Seton Health System. She regularly instructs medical students. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Family and Community Medicine Education at Albany Medical College. She completed her residency at Albany Medical College.
